“The Plane Flies great with a 150 in it, Smoke pump is located on the lower wing tube, three 2000mah 6v batteries (2for the rx and 1 for the smoke) are located just aft the back of the canopy , one 2000mah 4.8v for the ignition on top of the motor box and she balanced perfect! Hovers way low on the stick with a XOAR 28x12x3 prop and torque rolls almost by itself. Only a few flights on it so far but once in the air it felt like an old pair of shoes.
Knife edges were like any Pitts with dihedral in the bottom wing, Pitches away and requires opposite aileron. I originally set my elevator to have 50 degrees of throw but after flying the Pitts 12 I found that to be too much, the short coupling is probably the key factor, my low rates on the elevator and rudder were at 35 degrees and hovering, harriers and rollers were awesome. The rudder on this bird is very effective and requires very little to maintain knife edge flight”
